Asian Micro Holdings Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in Singapore and is listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore Catalist Sponsor-Supervised regime (“Catalist”).

The registered office and principal place of business of Asian Micro Holdings Limited is located at 1 Tech Park Crescent, Tuas Tech Park, Singapore 638131.

The principal activity of the Company is that of investment holding.

The principal activities of the subsidiaries are those of natural gas vehicles conversion, tray-recycling services, manufacturing of clean room grade polythene packaging materials and trading in clean room supplies.

OUR HISTORY

ASIAN MICRO (S) PTE LTD was founded in 1996 to provide contract engineering assemblies and other support services to the high technology industries like Hard Disk Drives (“HDD”), recording heads, semiconductor and other computer related industries.

In September 1999, ASIAN MICRO HOLDINGS LIMITED was listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange 2nd Board.

In August 2003, ASIAN MICRO (S) PTE LTD has decided to focus on a new core business to do recycling of precision trays and media/disk cassettes, pallets, foam packaging boxes used in HDD industry. to help customer on cost saving and re-use of packaging materials.

In January 2004, ASIAN MICRO (S) PTE LTD embarked on a major expansion to provide clean room cleaning services for trays and media/disk cassettes and is now major player in these services.

In June 1995, ACI INDUSTRIES PTE LTD was incorporated to focus on clean room bag manufacturing. The Company produces clear Amide and Silicon Free LDPE/HDPE packaging bags, ESD Bags, Aluminium Moisture Barrier Bags and films supporting the semiconductor, electronics and HDD industries.

In April 1998, AM NGV (S) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Asian Micro Holdings Ltd, was incorporated. The current principal activity of the Company is the trading of natural gas vehicles ("NGV") supplies. AM NGV's activity also includes building and supplying CNG skids which are used for storing CNG for the marine and off-shore industries for gas cutting of steels and use of CNG for natural gas engines and power generators.
